ALISAN is a company with experience in production of sweets and commerce. 
The company started in 1993 with a small production factory and a store both in the same building. With
time business grew and so the company had to move it’s factory in a hall in Holboca for more space and
hired more people. Also now ALISAN owns the biggest and the most modern supermarket in Dancu – also
the offices are places here - and has 46 employees.
Recently we started the process of implementing the HACCP standards and we want to grow to full
production capacity.
Because of it continuous growth now we are looking to hire a young person with high potential, if you

Assistant to manager - full time job
Main responsibilities:
-	realizes different researches when asked by the General Manager;
-	tracking for projects; 
-	organizing and administrative work for the company;
-	assure the communication and relations with stakeholders; 
-	keep the agenda for the management of the company;
-	primary bookkeeping 

Profile of the candidate:
-	Young graduate of FEAA(no need for intensive knowledge in accounting);
-	Good communication and presentation skills;
-	Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, MSOffice, other computer knowledge);
-	Pragmatic with vision;
-	Tenacity and perseverance;
-	Willing to learn and develop himself/herself (experience is not required but it’s a plus);
-	English language – good level required
-	Driver’s license is a plus
